Amorphous Alloy Transformer

Although amorphous alloy transformers have poor short-circuit resistance and high noise, they are energy-saving, so their future development prospects are promising. At present, the largest amorphous alloy transformer core production enterprise in China has an annual core production capacity of 3000-4000 tons. The production technology of iron cores and transformers is not a key factor restricting the promotion of amorphous alloy core gold transformers. The breakthrough of amorphous alloy strips can promote a leap in product quality. 
Coil core transformer
At present, the production of coil core transformers is mainly concentrated in the 10KV level, with a capacity generally less than 800KV · A, and 1600KV · A has also been trial produced. However, the power department mainly purchases transformers with a capacity below 315KV · A, which is suitable for use in rural power grids. There are more than 200 production factories in China, with a certain scale accounting for 20%. The production capacity of China's strong coil iron core transformers is approximately 16 million KV · A, but the actual production is relatively low.
