(1) Online monitoring technology
The online monitoring technology mainly uses two methods: vibration analysis method and partial discharge detection method. One is the vibration analysis method. This analysis method refers to the monitoring of the strength of the vibration signal of the transformer during operation, and the analysis and summary of the reasons for such monitoring results. This can then provide real-time detection of the operating status of the transformer, which is conducive to timely detection of fault problems and resolution before small faults turn into large faults. The second method is partial discharge detection. This detection method refers to the mechanical internal failure of the transformer during operation, which leads to local discharge phenomenon, which will affect the level and speed of discharge. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen daily effective judgment and detection of transformer safety hazards based on the partial discharge situation of transformers, and to address these issues in a targeted manner to ensure the safe and stable operation of machinery.
(2) Gas chromatograph technology
Gas chromatograph technology is mainly used to analyze the internal components of mixed gases. The advantages of this detection technology are mainly as follows: high efficiency, convenient use, convenient operation, and many other aspects. These advantages have promoted its wide application and have been widely applied in various fields of electrical equipment detection. Among them, the polymer membrane technology effectively utilizes this technology, effectively and quickly decomposing oil and gas, and dissolving the oil under the action of the polymer and the influence of the transformer, which can effectively increase the concentration of fault gas and gas in the oil in the voltage measuring device. In most cases, when a transformer malfunctions, it may emit a smell of hydrogen gas, which can be used to better detect the gas content and effectively detect hydrogen gas in the transformer's faulty gas. In addition, using this transformer to detect multiple gases greatly increases the diffusion rate of faulty gases in the transformer, which is conducive to timely recovery of normal operation.
