Structural features
1. The reactor is divided into three-phase and single-phase, both of which are core dry type.
2. The iron core adopts low-loss cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet, the core column is divided into uniform small sections by multiple air gaps, and the air gap is spaced by an epoxy laminated glass cloth plate, and the reactance air gap does not change during operation.
3. The coil is made of H-class or C-grade enameled flat copper wire, which is tightly arranged and uniform, and the appearance does not cover the insulation layer, which has better aesthetics and good heat dissipation performance.
4. After the coil and core of the reactor are assembled into one, after pre-baking→ vacuum impregnation paint → hot baking during this process, using H-grade impregnating paint, so that the coil and iron core of the reactor are firmly combined, not only reduce the noise during operation but also have a high heat resistance level, the reactor can also run noiselessly at high temperature.
5. The fasteners of the core column of the reactor are made of non-magnetic materials, and the reactor has a high-quality factor and low-temperature rise, and has a better filtering effect.
6. The exposed parts are treated, and the exit terminal adopts a cold-pressed copper tube terminal.
