Precautions for inductors

1、 Inductive components, whose iron core and winding are prone to inductance changes due to temperature rise effects, should be noted that their body temperature must be within the range of usage specifications.
2、 The winding of an inductor can easily form an electromagnetic field after current passes through it. When placing the components in position, it is necessary to pay attention to keeping adjacent inductors away from each other or forming winding groups at right angles to reduce mutual inductance.
3、 The gaps between the winding layers of an inductor, especially the multi coil thin wires, can also generate electrical capacity, causing high-frequency signal bypass and reducing the actual filtering effect of the inductor.
4、 When using an instrument to test the inductance and Q values, in order to obtain correct data, the test lead should be as close as possible to the component body
